Abstract: In this study,four isozymes（EST,AMY,LDH and MDH） in three kinds of tissues（liver,kidney and eye） of Barbus Capito were analyzed using the vertical plate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis（PAGE）.The results showed that the expression of isozymes exhibited apparent tissue-specific.Enzyme activity was the highest in the liver,where has all forms of that enzyme band.
