摘要： 在山女鳟、白点鲑人工采卵受精试验中，以1%食盐水代替等渗液对采出卵进行洗涤后授精，发眼率比对照组高3.7～8.2%。表明1%食盐水可以代替传统的配制交复杂的等渗液应用于采卵操作。
