松花江哈尔滨段夏季浮游植物群落结构与环境影响评价

Study on the Community Structure of Phytoplankton and Environmental Impact Assessment in Summer in Harbin Section of Songhua River

摘要: 2008年8月,对松花江哈尔滨段浮游植物群落结构进行研究,同时对水域环境影响作出评价。结果显示:松花江哈尔滨段夏季共有浮游植物7门43属72种,含5个变种。种群结构以绿藻门、硅藻门和蓝藻门为主。优势种以蓝藻门、绿藻门及硅藻门的小环藻为主。基于优势种、丰度、生物量、污染指示群落和理化指标综合评价,松花江哈尔滨段夏季呈富营养状态。大顶子山航电枢纽工程的建设使松花江哈尔滨段的水位升高和流速降低,从而造成此水域夏季浮游植物群落结构由硅藻缓慢向蓝、绿藻演替,易发生水华。

Abstract: An investigation on the community structure of phytoplankton and environmental impact assessment was carried out in Harbin section of Songhua River in August,2008. The results showed that a total of 72 species 43 genera 7 phylums of phytoplankton were recorded, the community structure of which mainly belongs to Chlorophyta, Bacillariophyta and Cyanophyta. The dominant species are completely from Chlorophyta Cyanophyta and Cyclotella of Bacillariophyta.Based on the dominant species, abundance and biomass, pollution indicator community and physical-chemical indicators, the comprehensive assessment indicates that Harbin section of Songhua River was eutrophication in summer.The construction of Dadingzishan Navigation and Hydropower Project has been leading to raising the water level and reducing the flow rate in Harbin section of Songhua River, resulting the slow succession of phytoplankton community structure from blue and green algae to the diatom in this water in summer.And the water bloom will break out easily.
