Abstract: The biology characteristic of female mature fish Salmo gairdneri Richardson、Oncorhynchus mykiss and content of four polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) in its spawn were analysed and studied.The result showed that autumn、brood amount and spawn weight of the two female mature fish was about colse;Four fatty acid valae(mg/g fresh) were linoleic acid＞DHA＞EPA＞linolenic acid,content of two trout-bulltrout spawn had good linera correlation (R≈0.97)。 Total PFA of four polyunsaturated fatty acid、EFA、linolenic、linoleic acid、DHA content and eyed egg valae of ist spawn of the rainbow trout were significantly high compare with Oncorhynchus mykiss.
