Abstract: The optimum temperature for growth and feeding was studied in lenok Brachymystax lenok weighing 1.72±0.24g at of 6℃,11℃,16℃,and 21℃for 7 days in a laboratory. The results showed that the specific growth rate(SGR),daily weight gain(DWG),food conversion efficiency(FCE)and feed intake(FI) were found significantly higher than those in other groups at 16℃.The correlations between these parameters and water temperature(T) were described by nonlinear regression models: SGR=(-2.601)+(0.887)T+(-0.027)T2(P0.01,R= 0.979),FI=(0.111)+(0.292)T+(-0.009)T2(P0.01,R=0.990),FCE=(52.828) +(11.951) T+(-0.393) T2(P0.01,R=0.933).It is concluded that the optimum temperature was showed to vary from 15.20℃ to 16.43℃.
