Abstract: The developmental history of sturgeon aquaculture industry and cultural technological research in China were described by research practices of the authors and the relevant data,and developing tendency was introduced,particularly focusing on the aquaculture species,aquaculture areas,production manners,production and industry development trend.The proposals on the primary challenges of the industry development were discussed in the article.
